Zoe Dimakopoulou has gained professional experience in diplomatic and institutional environments, with particular involvement in European affairs, bilateral relations and international cooperation. Through her work with the Hellenic Parliament and the Embassy and General Consulate of Panama in Greece, she has assisted in the preparation and processing of official documentation, correspondence, reports and briefing materials, as well as in the organization of institutional and diplomatic meetings.
During her traineeship at the Hellenic Parliament’s EU & Bilateral Relations Department, Zoe became familiar with European institutional procedures and interparliamentary cooperation, supporting matters relating to EU and bilateral affairs. Her experience includes the preparation of policy-related documentation and briefings, the coordination of institutional communication and the administrative support of meetings and official activities.
In the context of her work with the Embassy and General Consulate of Panama in Greece, Zoe has further developed her experience in international and diplomatic affairs, assisting with official correspondence, diplomatic engagements, protocol-related procedures and communication with institutional stakeholders.
Through her postgraduate studies in International and European Studies at the University of Piraeus, Zoe has developed an academic understanding of international relations, European integration, political systems and foreign policy, with particular emphasis on American foreign policy. Her academic background in English Language and Literature has further provided her with strong research, drafting and analytical skills, as well as an advanced understanding of intercultural communication.
Zoe’s professional and academic interests focus particularly on European and international affairs, institutional relations, foreign policy and diplomatic relations.
