Anastasia Fakitsa is a qualified Greek lawyer and a member of Piraeus Bar Association. She has a diverse legal background with a specialization in Civil, Corporate and Commercial Law. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Law and Information and Communication Technologies at the University of Piraeus, to further enhance and expand her expertise.

Anastasia embarked on her legal career as a Trainee Lawyer in private law offices, gaining valuable experience in handling Civil and Employment Law cases. She later on continued as a Trainee Lawyer at Piraeus Port Association/COSCO Shipping where she deepened her knowledge of Civil, Environmental and Commercial matters with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.

Before joining ALG, Anastasia continued with a law firm in Athens where she gained hands-on experience across a wide range of legal matters, while expanding her skills on legal writing, contract drafting and litigation support particularly in the field of Civil and Commercial Law.

Anastasia’s academic background also includes a Postgraduate Degree on Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Law and Governance from the American College of Greece, DEREE as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

In ALG, Anastasia provides legal support to multinational pharmaceutical companies specializing in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts.
