Foteini Plakia is an Associate with experience across a broad range of legal matters and a particular interest in corporate law, M&A-related and cross-border corporate matters, commercial disputes and complex legal advisory work in Greece and Germany.

Before joining ALG Manousakis Law Firm, Foteini advised and assisted individual and corporate clients on a broad range of corporate, civil, criminal, banking and commercial law matters. Her experience includes shareholder disputes, corporate governance issues, M&A-related transactions, litigation strategy, negotiations and out-of-court settlements.

Foteini has experience in drafting pleadings, lawsuits, petitions, legal memoranda and commercial agreements, as well as conducting in-depth legal research in support of litigation and advisory matters. She has also provided legal advice to clients across various areas of law.

She holds an LL.M. in Financial Criminal Law and an LL.B. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Foteini is fluent in Greek and English and proficient in German.
