Aggelos Galanis is a Greek qualified Attorney and a member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in the area of Privacy and Data Protection. He has graduated from the Law School of Athens, Greece and holds a Master’s degree in Law & Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.

Aggelos has handled several data protection compliance projects, assisting domestic and international clients from outlining data mapping exercises and privacy impact assessments to drafting policies, notices and agreements and dealing with global data transfer mechanisms. He has also undertaken responsibilities as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for companies operating in the health sector in Greece and abroad.

He speaks English and French.
