Alexandros Katsanos is a qualified Greek Attorney, with postgraduate studies in civil and trade law in the University of Heidelberg – Germany and a holder of a PhD in International Environmental Law.

Alexandros served as legal counsel of the Public Power Corporation and the European Parliament, was legal consultant to numerous private companies in the field of public and private works, tourist enterprises, investment and acquisitions, has been involved in the implementation of special liquidation legislation in the banking sector and handled the commercial and civil litigation of credit institutions under special liquidation. Alexandros developed and run a successful law office oriented in civil, commercial, corporate, energy and banking law before joining forces with ALG.

Alexandros is founding member of the Association of Scientists of European Studies, participates in the editorial team of the European Law journal and has various publications in Greek and foreign law journals.

In ALG, Alexandros is the main point of contact for the pharma, medical devices, energy and leisure companies in the field of public procurement, is providing legal support (along with a team of lawyers and paralegals) at all tender stages (offer submission/documentation, representation before the competent administrative authority and competent courts, review of final agreement). Alexandros, provides legal support specializing in reviewing and negotiating several types of contracts, including but not limited to services, distribution, consulting, confidentiality, HCP/HCP, sponsorship agreements to support operations in Europe, UK & US amongst others. He is specialized in recruiting and staffing agreements handling all issues related to labor law.
