She specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual Agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and strategic alignment with business operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Public Law from Aix-Marseille University in France. Additionally, Danai earned a Bachelor’s degree in International, European, and Financial Studies from the University of Piraeus, equipping her with a strong international and financial legal perspective.

Before joining ALG, Danai provided legal consulting services in France, gaining valuable experience in Civil, Public, and Corporate law. Her work involved contract structuring and regulatory research across diverse legal matters. She has successfully drafted and reviewed Agreements across multiple disciplines, ensuring Compliance with both national and international legal frameworks.
