Danai Tsouni is a Data Protection and Privacy Associate, focusing on helping clients manage data privacy challenges to ensure adherence to data protection standards.

Before joining ALG Manousakis, Danai gained experience in the field of Data Protection and Privacy in a Big 4 Company, providing consultation to private and public organisations operating in a wide range of industries (health care, energy, retail/wholesale, logistics, telecommunications) on the effective compliance with data protection, AI and cybersecurity legal frameworks. Her contributions extend to the completion of Records of Processing Activities (RPAs), the conduct of Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Data Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIAs), as well as the preparation of data protection training sessions.

Danai’s expertise also encompasses the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs, involving the meticulous drafting of tailored policies, procedures and relevant documentation.

Additionally, she has been actively involved in providing DPO support services in private and public entities. Danai also has experience in the fields of corporate and civil law.

She is fluent in Greek (native), English, French, Spanish and German.
