Dimitra Panopoulou is a Greek qualified lawyer and a member of Athens’ Bar Association and Greek Association of Medical Law and Bioethics with a diverse background and a strong focus on Pharmaceutical Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law.

Dimitra embarked on her legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at the Permanent Representation of Greece to the Council of Europe, and later, as a trainee Lawyer and Lawyer at a law firm in Athens, where she specialized Traffic Accidents’ Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law. Dimitra is also experienced in legal representation of clients before the Courts of First Instance and Insurance Companies for out-of-court dispute resolutions.

Dimitra’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Law (diploma thesis on “Orphan Drugs”) from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is currently pursuing online courses of Harvard Law School on Patent Law and Public Health Law. Her achievements in legal competitions and her academic accomplishments further demonstrate her commitment to excellence and innovation in the legal field.

In ALG, Dimitra provides legal support and compliance services to multinational pharmaceutical companies with a specialization in drafting, reviewing and negotiating several types of contracts. Dimitra provides expert legal advice on various aspects of pharmaceutical law.
