Eleni Sdrolia has a strong background in pharmaceutical law, commercial law and data protection laws. She has worked as an In-house Legal Advisor and DPO for a multinational pharmaceutical corporation with an international clientele. Her responsibilities spanned commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiations, legal risk assessments and legal opinions, reviews of regulatory, compliance and corporate documentation, IP registration and litigation and GDPR compliance.

Eleni has significant experience in the fields of civil law, contract law and intellectual property law. Since her first steps in the legal sector, Eleni worked at a major Greek law firm and represented corporate and private clients as well as financial institutions before the Courts of First Instance and Intellectual Property Organisations (OBI, EUIPO). She has drafted legal documents such as legal claims and lawsuits, affidavits, orders for payment, legal enforcement documents, oppositions and private agreements across a wide variety of legal matters. During that time, Eleni earned a “Recommended Lawyer” accreditation from Legal 500 for two consecutive years for her services in cases of Intellectual Property.

In her role at ALG Manousakis Law Firm, Eleni is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements for international pharmaceutical companies.

Eleni is a Greek qualified Attorney at Law, a member of the Athens Bar Association and an LL.M. graduate from Democritus University of Thrace. She has also completed a semester as an Erasmus+ student at the Faculty of Law of University of Cologne in Germany.

She is fluent in Greek, English and German and has a basic knowledge of French.
