Iana Nazarenko is an experienced Compliance associate, with demonstrated history of working in Big Pharma and humanitarian sector. Skillful in reviewing transactions in day-to-day Pharma operations and ensuring that they are compliant and properly documented according to regulatory standards.

During her previous working experience in corporate and humanitarian sectors, Iana was trained in policy development and risk management. Her daily tasks included identifying gaps in compliance process and proposing innovative solutions. In addition, she holds expertise in HCP/HCO engagements, while assessing and reporting potential risks.

Through her legal studies, Iana has gained valuable experience by participating in multiple academic events and conferences, such as, Deloitte Summer Academy Law and Technology, Law Clinic on Commercial Law, International Conference of Elsa on Sports Law. Moreover, she participated in Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition in Maastricht and attended Summer Law School on Arbitration in Graduate Geneva Institute.

In ALG, Iana provides legal support to multinational pharmaceutical companies specializing in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts.
