Lito is an EU qualified lawyer with post-graduate studies in Public Law and experience in the field of legal contracting, compliance and advisory work.

Apart from her undergraduate studies in the Law School of Athens, she pursued Erasmus studies at the University of Toulouse focusing on Law and Economics and, later on, through her Master’s studies at the University of Bordeaux, she focused on public and European law.

Lito is experienced in legal representation of multinational clients, legal risk analysis, as well as the management and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

She has served as legal counsel to corporations expanding their client portfolio, successfully negotiating corporate agreements across EMEA and North America. She has handled various types of contracts and provided legal advice to support business operations and decision-making, with experience in a pharmaceutical company, international business groups, and law firms.
