Stefania Simou is a qualified lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association whose practice focuses on complex commercial and corporate matters in highly regulated industries, principally the life sciences and financial services sectors.

She advises multinational pharmaceutical, healthcare and financial services companies on the arrangements that keep these businesses running – from the manufacturing, supply, logistics and distribution arrangements that underpin pharmaceutical supply chains, to the cross-border transactions and strategic commercial arrangements that support growth and market expansion.

Much of her work centres on structuring and negotiating these arrangements across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice further encompasses commercial contracting, corporate transactions, financing arrangements, intellectual property and technology matters, commercial disputes, corporate governance, and regulatory risk.

Stefania’s perspective is shaped by work on both sides of the table and across borders. Prior to joining ALG, she worked in-house and in private practice, and spent a formative period in Singapore advising multinational organisations on corporate law, financial services regulation, sanctions, privacy and compliance. This combination of corporate, commercial and regulatory experience enables her to support clients on complex cross-border matters and strategic decision-making.
