Sylvia is a Greek qualified Attorney, member of the Athens Bar Association and holds an LLM in International Private Law and Law of International Business Transactions. She is experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal support on a broad range of contractual matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Sylvia gained international experience in Corporate Law and Private Equity, where she was involved in the preparation and review of corporate legal documentation, corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance for multinational clients. This experience has provided her with solid understanding of commercial transactions and the legal needs of businesses operating in an international environment.

Sylvia is fluent in Greek (native), English, and Italian, while she also speaks Russian and French.
