Our managing partner Ioannis Manousakis and our junior partner Angela Livgieri, continue their collaboration with Rene Descartes College, have already delivered the first (”Marketing Authorization & Intellectual Property”) and the second lecture (“Clinical Trials – Manufacturing and Pharmacovigilance”) of the section “Pharmaceutical Law” of the Master’s Program “Healthcare Law and Management” on Saturday 24/02 and on Saturday 2/03, respectively. The third lecture (“The Pharmaceutical Company and Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Legislation”) will be delivered by Angela Livgieri on Saturday 9/03.
The “Pharmaceutical Law” section includes 7 lectures covering practical issues concerning pharmaceutical products from clinical trials to distribution of final product and is intended for legal and non-legal professionals. The lectures will be completed by the beginning of May 2024.
