Our Managing Partner, Ioannis Manousakis, and our Junior Partner, Angela Livgieri, continue their collaboration with Rene Descartes College within the framework of the Healthcare Law and Management Master’s Program.
They will teach the “Pharmaceutical Law” course, which is part of the program’s postgraduate curriculum. The course comprises seven lectures and addresses the core legal and regulatory issues affecting pharmaceutical products, examining the entire lifecycle of a medicinal product, from development and clinical trials to manufacturing, distribution, and promotion following market authorisation. The program is designed for both legal and non-legal professionals.
The first lectures will be held as follows:
- Marketing Authorization & Intellectual Property – Friday, 14 February 2026
- Clinical Trials – Manufacturing and Pharmacovigilance – Wednesday, 19 February 2026
- Compliance with Data Protection Legislation in the Pharmaceutical Industry – Friday, 28 February 2026
The course is scheduled to be concluded in April 2026.
