Our Managing Partner, Ioannis Manousakis, and our Junior Partner, Angela Livgieri, continue their successful collaboration with René Descartes College.
They will deliver the “Pharmaceutical Law” course of the Healthcare Law and Management Master’s program of the College, which consists of eight lectures in total, addressing practical issues of pharmaceutical products—from the production and clinical trial of a medicinal product to the distribution and promotion of the final approved product. The program is designed for both legal and non-legal professionals.
The first three lectures will be held as follows:
- “Marketing Authorization & Intellectual Property”, on Saturday 22/02.
- “Clinical Trials – Manufacturing and Pharmacovigilance”, on Tuesday 25/02.
- “Vaccines – Legal and Regulatory Aspects of Licensing and Market Authorization”, on Saturday 08/03.
The course will be completed during April 2025.
