ALG Manousakis Law Firm sponsored the 17th Conference of Law & Legal Services, organized by Nomiki Bibliothiki, which took place on July 3rd, 2025, at the Megaron Athens Concert Hall.

This esteemed conference has been a vital meeting point for Greek corporate lawyers since 2008, attracting over 600 attendees this year. The theme of this year’s conference was: “Rapid Change Demands Changes.”

Our firm participated in the panel discussion:  “GenAI & Legal Talent Acquisition: Who Do You Hire When AI Knows the Law?”

Representing ALG Manousakis Law Firm, Vasileia Lellou joined an engaging discussion alongside Alice Kokodis, Katerina Sefteli, John Biblis, and Spyros Tsantinis.

The panel was moderated by Katerina Maggana, and explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping legal roles, the professional skills in demand, and evolving recruitment strategies in the legal sector.

Our team, including key members such as Ioannis Manousakis (Managing Partner), Mariliza (Maria-Elissavet) Baka (Junior Partner), Ioannis Stathakis (Junior Partner), Spyridoula Pratsa (Senior Associate), Alexia Matsaka (Senior Associate), and Panagiota Tentzoglidi (Associate) were there to support this special event.

This year’s agenda focused on the most pressing challenges and opportunities that in-house legal teams are facing today. Topics include the transformation of legal departments, the impact of artificial intelligence on legal services, ethics and compliance, risk management, corporate governance, M&A strategy and strengthening collaboration between in-house and external counsel.
